I Just Placed an Order — What Now?
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
-As we produce our own designs, delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.
-We are not responsible for courier delays and these do not qualify as grounds for
cancellation.
How Do I Ship Back My Items?
After return approval, you’ll receive shipping instructions by email.
Please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- A $20 return processing fee will be deducted from all returns, even on free-shipping
orders.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
Please allow 1 business day for order processing.
When Will I Receive My Store Credit?
-Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email confirmation.
-You’ll be notified of approval or denial.
-If approved, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
-A $12 shipping fee is deducted from all approved store credits, regardless of original
shipping charges.
My Package Says “Delivered” but I Didn’t Receive It
If your tracking shows as delivered but you didn’t receive the package:
-Please contact the carrier directly.
-We provide tracking for all orders, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
once marked delivered.
International Orders
We ship internationally! Please be aware:
- Duties and taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations.
- We are not responsible for unpaid customs fees, and do not accept returns or refunds
for undelivered international orders due to unpaid duties.
