Frequently Asked Questions about Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit
At Juana Azul we want you to love your order! If you’re not satisfied, we offer exchanges or
store credit only (no cash or card refunds). Please review the details below to begin the
process.


How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Email us at juanaazul2020@gmail.com with your order number.
2.Once your request is approved, we’ll send confirmation and shipping instructions.
3.Store credit or exchange approval is subject to our return guidelines (see below).


What Items Are Eligible for Return/Exchange?
We accept items for exchange or store credit only, under the following conditions:
-Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
-Returns must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of approval.
-Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resellable condition.
-Original tags must be attached in their original position (tags removed and re-tied do not
qualify).
-Items must be free of stains, odors, hair, or damage (e.g., makeup, deodorant, perfume,
etc.).
❗Returns that don’t meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer.


What Items Are NOT Returnable or Eligible for Credit?
The following are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Orders using promotion codes
- Shipping and handling fees
- Delivery charges


Received a Damaged Item?
We’re so sorry! If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We’ll either replace the item or issue store credit.

Can I Exchange My Item?
Yes, we allow exchanges for selectable variants (like size or color).
Once your exchange is approved and the original item is returned, the new item will be shipped
to you.


Do You Offer Refunds?
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
The only refund option is store credit, if your return is approved.
